Promotion Period:

The promotion commences on 19 October 2024 and ends on 20 October 2024 at 19h00 (GMT).

Duly appointed manager and authorised corporate director of Oasis Crescent Global Investment Funds (UK) ICVC (“The Fund”).

1. Participants

 

1.1. By participating in this promotion (“Promotion”), participants accept these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

 

1.2. The Promotion will run from 19 October 2024 and end on 20 October 2024 at 19h00 (GMT), after which no further entries will be accepted.

 

1.3. The Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over. Participants may be required to provide proof of age and identity to confirm eligibility. The Promoter’s directors, members, partners, employees, agents, and/or consultants, as well as their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners, or associates, are excluded from participation.

 

2. Promotion

 

2.1.1 To qualify for the draw, participants must:

 

2.1.1. Visit the OCWUK stand (Stand G10) during the event.

2.1.2. Fill out an entry form to enter the draw.

2.1.3. Follow OasisCrescentGlobal on one of our social media channels.

 

3. Reward

 

3.1. The reward consists of five (5) vouchers, each worth £100.00 (one hundred Great British Pounds) to Westfield Shopping Centre in London (“Reward”). The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions applied thereto by the Westfield Shopping Centre.

 

3.2. Completed forms must be handed to the Promoter’s staff at the stand.

 

3.3. Winners will be selected through a random draw, conducted by an independent third party to ensure fairness and transparency, and announced within 14 days of the Promotion’s end via our social media channels.

 

3.4. Vouchers must be collected in person from our offices situated at 3rd Floor 50 Hans Crescent, Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 0NA.

 

3.5. All voucher handovers will be photographed, and by accepting these terms and conditions, entrants grant the Promoter the right to display these images on Oasis social media pages.

 

3.6. The Reward cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

 

 

4. Data Protection and Consent

 

4.1 By participating in the Promotion, entrants:

 

4.1.1. consent to the collection and processing of their personal information by the Promoter. This information will only be used for administering the Promotion and for marketing purposes related to the Promoter’s services. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR;

 

4.1.2. participants have the right to request access to their personal data, rectify any inaccuracies, and request deletion of their information at any time;

 

4.1.3. grant Oasis Crescent Wealth (UK) Limited the right to contact them regarding their investment product offerings. Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by notifying the Promoter in writing;

 

4.1.4. consent to their personal information being shared with third-party service providers for the purpose of administering the Promotion, but will not be shared with any other third parties without the participant’s explicit consent; and

 

4.1.5. participants are encouraged to review the Promoter's privacy policy, available at www.oasiscrescent.co.uk, which provides further details on how their personal information is handled.

 

5. General Provisions

 

5.1. The Promoter reserves the right to interpret the Rules at their sole discretion and amend them at any time.

 

5.2. In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding.

 

5.3. Participants who act unlawfully, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms may be disqualified. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting false information or engaging in deceptive practices.

 

5.4. If the initial Reward Winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.

 

5.5. The Promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions or terminate the Promotion at any time with immediate effect, with notification on the website (www.oasiscrescent.co.uk) and Oasis social media pages.

 

5.6. The Promoter is not liable for any technical failures affecting entries.

 

5.7. The duration of the Promotion may be altered at the Promoter’s discretion, with notice provided on the website and social media pages.

 

5.8. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Reward.

 

5.9. The right of admission into the competition is at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

 

5.10. Illegible or defective entries will be invalidated.

7. Disclaimers

 

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who attempts to manipulate the Promotion in any way. The Promoter's decision in this regard is final.

 

7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures or malfunctions of any kind, including, but not limited to, issues related to the internet or any computer systems, servers, or providers, or for any problems or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the Promotion.

 

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or the use of the Reward, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the Promoter's gros negligence or wilful misconduct.

 

7.4 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter from any claims related to the Promotion.

 

7.5. Any tax liability arising from the receipt of the Reward is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter does not provide tax advice and recommends that winners consult a tax professional for guidance on their individual tax obligations.

 

8. Compliance with Regulations

 

8.1. The Promoter confirms that the Promotion complies with applicable laws and regulations, including the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code).
