Oasis Global Management Company (Ireland) Limited is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and was the previously FCA approved Authorised Corporate Director of Oasis Crescent Global Investment Funds (UK) ICVC (formerly known as "OGM Oasis Crescent Global Investment Funds (UK) ICVC") (OCGIF). OCGIF is an open-ended investment company with variable capital authorised by the FCA under Registration Number IC030383.  OCGIF is an umbrella fund with seven sub-funds.
